CCD VS CMOS
1,Under the same pixel size,CCD sensor’s sensitivity is higher than the CMOS sensor.1
2,The same size CCD sensor resolution is better than the CMOS sensor.
3,Compared with CMOS sensor,CCD sensor noise lower,makes image more clear.
4,CCD sensor has better iamge then CMOS at night vision in low light.
4,CCD sensor has a natural image color,do not need IR-CUT filter.But the CMOS sensor need to work with IR-CUT filter,the image of CMOS will be color cast without a IR-CUT filter (the using life of IR-CUT is short).
That’s why we strongly recommand CCD sensor but not CMOS.
