Make the camera work at colorfull image at night with low light:
Click “Device Config” -> “Camera Paramete”->”Day/Night Mode” to Color mode.
Please note if the enviroment has no even a little light at all please Choose Automatic mode, and the iamge will can switch to night mode automaticaly with black and white and work with ir light and also with good day night vision effects.

FAQ:
How to connect it to my phone?
search our phone APP and register it with your username and passorwd, adding the camera by inputting the the unique SN and password of the camera.
Why cannot search the camera?
it may be blocked by the firewall of your computer. you can try add manually with the default IP address of 192.168.1.10
Why cannot connect the camera?
1. make sure the power supplier of the camera is 12v
2. make sure you NVR/PC has the same IP section with the camera. such as the ip of the camera is 192.168.1.10 then the ip of your NVR/PC should has the ip of 192.168.1.X
3. No other device with the same ip address of the camera.
