Introduction:
This Non standard active PoE injector is a simple and convenient equipment for PoE or Non PoE devices via only an Ethernet cable, which will save your trouble about power line cabling and save cost. This PoE injector is compatible with all IEEE802.3af network devices, while it does not have auto detection function and directly supply power to the network devices by force as soon as you connect them , so you must be sure that powered devices conform to standard IEEE 802.3af in order to protect them from burning, at the same time pls be sure that your powered device support poe pin 4/5(+), 7/8(-) midspan.
Power Input = Power Output * channels
e.g.: DC12V4A Input = DC12V1A Output per channel, DC48V2A Input = DC48V0.5A per channel.
If you only use 2 of 5 channels, DC12V2A input = DC12V1A output per channel.
But considering the distance of your to your IP cameras, suggest Power input > Power output * channels. Such as: DC48V 3A input to supply DC48V 0.5A for 4 channels.
